Why should I start an Ausbildung in Germany?
Germany is known for its dual education system, which is typically structured as three-and-a-half-year vocational programs. It optimally combines theoretical knowledge provided by vocational schools with practical skills acquired through training in companies. These courses are offered at numerous vocational schools throughout the country and are open to international students. Remarkably, there are no tuition fees for vocational training in Germany, and students are entitled to a monthly allowance around 1,100 to 1,200 euros per month. At United Hire, we are committed to empowering aspiring nurses with the tools, resources, and support needed to excel in their AUSBILDUNG nursing courses. We support your onboarding in the new company and further assist you after your arrival in Germany. Because we understand that behind every application is a unique individual with dreams, aspirations, and potential.
