Due to the high shortage of skilled healthcare professionals in Germany, it is often very difficult for employers to find suitable personnel, as the demand for qualified nursing staff is higher than the supply.

United Hire offers German employers the opportunity to get to know trained and qualified nursing staff from Asia in order to enter into an employment relationship with them. For this purpose, a special process was developed which meets the interests and needs of all parties involved and helps employers to find new personnel as quickly as possible.

Steps of the recruitment process

Consulting and Candidate Search

In a consultation, you will be informed about the entire process that is necessary to be able to hire a Filipino skilled worker. Your individual needs will be addressed and the matching process for finding a suitable candidate will be initiated.

Assessment Test and Language Courses

For the selection of our candidates, interviews are conducted in which the professional and personal suitability is clarified. In addition, we conduct an assessment test to determine motivation and suitability.

Video Calls / Monitoring / Development Status

You can view the application documents of the healthcare professional and get to know her or him in an interview via video call.

Entry & Visa

All measures necessary to enable the health professional to enter and access the German labor market are undertaken.

Recognition

The preparation for the knowledge test already begins in the homeland and the nurses are prepared for their work in Germany in our training center.

Commencement of Employment

The start of the activity can take place upon consultation directly after the entry or after conclusion of the knowledge examination.
